Alysian 2010 Pinot Noir

alysianbottlesAlysian 2010 Pinot Noir

Elegant cherry and green florals hint at something complex. The aromas, however are simple and the structure isn’t hiding anything. There is a plan at work and it screams simplicity in opposition to overworked juice. Inhale once it hits your palate and it gains a woodsy and lavender feel. Appears bold on the mid-palate but then exits with an exotic feel but then exits quickly.

Winemaker Notes: “Utilizing fruit from Allen, Rochioli, Floodgate, Hallberg and Singler, we have crafted a wine that is wildly appealing from its intoxicating deep, dark berry and lavender aromas through the exotic, rich flavors enriched by a sprinkling of sandalwood, clove and black pepper. Wonderful integrated tannins compliment its structure which is mouth-filling and firm. The wildly appealing finish is balanced, refreshing, succulent and long. Please enjoy!”
