Banshee 2012 Sauvignon Blanc
Tamed melon and citrus notes are fairly easy to pick out. It’s passive juice so don’t expect it to ask you to dance. Gentle acid structure will saturate your mid-palate. Not mild but not bold either. An interesting finish that I struggle to describe as anything but a sticky kiss.

Winemaker Notes: “Melon and prosciutto keep popping into mind while thinking about this Sauvignon Blanc, although we’re certain it would pair well with a variety of fresh summer foods, fish, pork, and chicken. Just looking for a quick patio sip? Fear not – this wine is equally pleasurable all on its own.”
