Copain 2010 Baker Ranch Syrah
Along with the typical brambly fruit found in great Rhônes, dark chocolate and maybe some eucalyptus are well blended in this big boy. The sour tannins are lovers. Interesting contradiction. The finish is good until the last drop. Your tongue will definitely know you had an adventure in your mouth.
