Copain 2013 Estate P2 Blend
What a cool blend. Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Just sounds fun. Definitely not something you see everyday.
Black cherry and hints of leather. Soft tannins and acids just recline in your mouth like its a lazy Sunday. It’s gentle and mellow. Finish is wet and slightly sour. Nice. Great value.

Winemaker Notes: “Our 2013 P2 offers delicate perfumed aromas of white flowers and sweet citrus notes, characteristic of Pinot Gris. With a lean body and lively brightness, the palate is redolent of crisp red fruits and fresh spices, underpinned by the slightest of tannins from the Pinot Noir. An excellent match for many summer menus, we recommend chilling P2 slightly before serving.“
