D’Art 2012 The Dance Blend
Dry barn hay, raspberries and a hint of sage give this blend a very natural farm like quality. Tart tannins will grab your palate rather quickly as if it were ambushing your tongue. A crescendo of spices will rise and conclude at the top of your mouth. Fairly linear structure. The finish starts early. Fades to a wet and ironically chalky conclusion.
