Estate Crush 2011 Sangiovese
A little floral and a lot of bright red fruit. Unabashed! The grapes speak wildly but not recklessly. A big acid structure that is bright and lively at the top of the palate. The finish is a trip! It feels as if this little guy will keep on chugging forever in your mouth and then out of nowhere, it falls off a cliff and disappears. Where did it go? Definitely teases for another sip to see if it will happen again. Fun & Fin.
