Soft cherry notes in the nose.  It is not a forward wine., almost apologetic.An acidic ride from the first second it hits your tongue.  Acid subsides as soon as it arrives. Neat trick.  It begins to sit up because of the solid tannin structure on the mid-palate. Gets very smooth, silky, despite the legs, and has a long linear finish.
