Fields Family 2013 Rosé
A mostly Syrah Rosé. Soft strawberries and raspberries maybe with a hint of currant. I expected this to be sweet but with a really low residual sugar, it is not what you might expect. In fact, a slightly tart start gives you an unexpected twang on the side of your tongue. Once on your palate, it gets comfy and even. Becomes an absolute lover. Not your typical Rosé. Definitely intriguing and a great price point.
