Valley of the Moon 2010 Pinot Noir
A delightfully gentle Pinot Noir. It smells like sweet little strawberries and/or raspberries that are driving a delicious fruit forward nose. If you dig deeper you’ll find tart cherries which work in great harmony. Soft on the tongue, the cherries begin to drive the flavor with added gentle spices and a great tannin structure on the rear palate. I’m definitely a fan, great for Wine Snobs rocking training wheels and being a $.05 wine at BevMo, should not be overlooked.
