VML 2012 Sauvignon Blanc
Melon, peach some citrus and a touch of yeast. Expect a bit of a snap on your palate and then expect it to pull a ninja and disappear. Big acid notes that are…. wait where did they go. That dang ninja did it again. Great adventure. A bit of a roller coaster of nuances that may be missed on the wine newbie.

Winemaker Notes: “This Sauvignon Blanc is comprised from vineyards in the heart of the Russian River Valley and is fermented in 100% stainless steel. A must-have wine this season that is ultra-crisp and refreshing.
Fresh aromas of kaffir lime and kiwi meet the nose. On the palate more lime bursts on the taste buds while passion fruit more subtlety coats the mouth. A hint of wet stone and Elberta peach are apparent on the mid-palate. Finishes with bright acidity.
