“Many wineries focus on a beautiful aesthetic, a brand that looks pretty is highly prized. Quivira is quite the opposite. I am not saying this destination is ugly, quite the contrary, it is just not their mission. They work hard daily to find harmony with their surroundings and being intentional in their role as stewards of the land. Their love for their terroir is the beauty and it is not coincidental or accidental. How often do you hear of a winery farming specifically for their rosé? Oh… and it’s silly good! This is a quality Dry Creek spot!”
