“Uphill came highly recommended. A few of their wines have impressed the local wine folks in the greater Amador area of the CA Sierra Foothills. Uphill Vineyards is the passion project of owners Beth and Ira. They planted and hand prune their vineyard so this is a true hands on family affair. They have a Reserve Tempranillo that they sleep in barrel for over 3 years. It’s yummy but who does that? You need to try it.”
