“Finding Bedrock in the historic “Joseph Hooker House” is not straight forward. It’s tucked back in beautiful courtyard partially stuck in time, down a short alley from the plaza sidewalk. Once you find the alley, just keep walking straight and you’ll bump into the tasting room at the back of the courtyard. It feels like a time portal. It’s cool. Prepare for a very intimate tasting with your tasting guide. This isn’t a pony up to the bar type of situation. There is lots of wine geeking to do in this tasting. It was fantastic.”
