“My first visit to Pax was actually to taste someone that was making their wine there. Pax and his wife have created a little wine incubator for up and coming wine makers. You never know what you will get to try while visiting. Not to mention, their location in the Barlow gives you access to a bunch of different options for libations and grinds for many epicurean fancies. I visit fairly regularly because it’s a great vibe.”
