2013 Three Wine Company Rosé
Hemp and cranberries in the nose. The tart palate is surprising even though it doesn’t smell sweet. I should have known… it is Carignane after all. Green vines through the palate. Herbs and minerals emerge in the finish.

Winemaker Notes: “Our Carignane Rosé was produced using both direct-to-press and the saignée method of de-juicing the grapes. Cold fermented at 54 ̊F over a 6 week period, this wine showcases a light pink color with aromas of strawberries and cranberries. This refreshing and complex dry rosé exhibits plenty of fresh and bright fruit and a tantalizing combination of strawberries, cranberries and pomegranate on the palate. Enjoy year round with a variety of dishes such as; grilled salmon, mild and soft cheeses, fresh berries, and even with your holiday turkey.” • 534 Cases
