Copain 2009 Kiser “En Haut” Pinot Noir
Imagine a small clump of vibrant cherries. Powerful but not too many. Like a spoonful that overwhelms you. That’s the nose. The tannins are hesitant and just the right size. They settle and then the acidity give you a well planned surprise party. Great temporal structure. The finish quickly changes masks, the tannins fade as do the acids and it feels very welcoming, pleasant and soft. Nice.
