“The best way to explore wine country is from recommendations from folks in the wine biz and that is how I found my way to Davero. This is a spot a visit for the soul. A grounded farm where flowers, vine, insects and hogs all have their place. It is a 16 acre regenerative system striving for balance and sustainability. Their passion for the land is beautiful and contagious. I bet you’ll eat a flower before you leave. You’ll thank me later. ☺️ Their tastings are beautifully done with small pairings and some delicious olive oil. They focus on some obscure Italian varietals biodynamically farmed. There is quality in these well-made wines. You’ll likely not find these varietals anywhere else. Well done.”
