K&S Comments:
“I spend most of my wine tasting hours on smaller wineries so Fess Parker is not my usual. When researching for tasting options, the Fess Parker name is so big in this area that I had to put it on the list. Not to mention, when I called early in my trip to reschedule due to a huge traffic snafu coming out of Santa Barbara, the folks on the phone were beyond nice. They didn’t know me or anything about me. When I shared my nightmare experience, Ashley’s response, “Don’t sweat it, come by late and sit down and have a glass of wine to just exhale and reset.” I thought that was the coolest thing. Once I got out to their patio, it is an easy place to reset. The distant hillside and rolling vineyards are not to far but across a large lawn that could easily double for soccer practice. Minutes can easily become hours relaxing the afternoon away. Couple that with a large portfolio of wine, everyone is sure to find a great view and great glass to enjoy at Fess Parker.”
