Lo-Fi

"Lo-Fi is a partnership between two lifelong friends who believe in hand crafted honest wines that are made for every day drinking. Wines to be enjoyed not to be collected. Easy drinking lower alcohol wines made to pair well with all types of foods, from pizza to paté. We believe in neutral barrels, native yeasts, little to no sulfur additions, and no adjustment of pH. We love whole cluster fermentation. We adore carbonic maceration . We embrace a nothing added, nothing taken away philosophy that gives birth to wines that are young, vibrant and alive."

“I didn’t find Lo-Fi, Lo-Fi found me. Few years back, I was trying to education myself on the “natural wine” industry. I visited multiple places to learn and they all poured these wines. I have consistently approached natural wines since that time and Lo-Fi is one of the most consistent brands in that market space. If you are in the Los Alamos area during the weekend, definitely stop in, taste some wine and hear some great wax spinning.”

• A “natural wine” brand.
• Not just called “Lo-Fi,” if  their open, their spinning wax.
• Hard not to describe this as a hipster brand.
• Tastings are ultra-layed back.
• Solid and consistent winemaking style.
• The Cabernet Franc is dynamite.
