Mettler 2012 Epicenter Old Vine Zin
A Zin blend full of fruit goodness. The mouth is full. Fruity acidity all over the bottom of the palate. The tannins are bottom dwellers. I thought they were trying to burrow under my tongue. As they did, the acids got playful on top. That’s a neat trick! A sweet, atypical Zin finish I would say. Fun.
