Oak Farm 2012 Sauvignon Blanc
A soft and broad citrus with white cheese notes wafting here and there. White peach shows up on the palate which also ushers in lots of moist and silky. The acid structure is gentle. It doesn’t really show up to play until the end of the adventure.
