Abundance 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon
Plums and oak notes are the leading cast members. They are gentle but filling in the nose. On the palate, it gets herbal like a garden. This is not a big Cab by any measure so this is a sipper. Head’s up Wine Snobs with training wheels, this is a cab for you. It is fruity and balanced making it an easy drinker. Nice finish and great price point. The big fruit made me feel like a pairing was in order. Love the price point!

We take pride in producing small berried clusters that allow for maximum color and intensity. You will find that our Cabernet offers a moderate tannin structure balanced with a bright berry nose and a long fruity finish.”
