Copain 2012 Tous Ensemble Chardonnay
Smells so light and breezy. Green apple and lemon notes are inviting. A traditional French Chardonnay which is quite different that so many you will find in Napa Valley. Well manicured. Impressive structure in something that seems so light. It’s ridiculously delicate but lasts remarkably long. The great contrast makes for a wonderful experience. It’s easy going and great for a warm afternoon or lunch on the patio.
