Andis 2011 Estate Zinfandel
High, sweet raspberries with hints of cocoa. Bold tannins greet you early in the adventure. A dabble of spices come to play on your mid-palate. Not huge but definitely big. Solid structure. Not trying to be more than it is. A good example of letting the grapes do what they are going to do. Straight-forward goodness. Refreshing winemaking. “Wrap one up for me please.”

Tasting Notes: “The 2011 Andis Estate Zinfandel exhibits what we have come to expect from this field, a big wine that exudes juiciness and complexity. Classic fresh berry and peppery aromatics, rich mouthfeel and a floral, flavorful finish of raspberries, cocoa, and pomegranate juice.” • 524 cases
