Curtis 2012 Estate Sauvignon Blanc
Great white peach, honeysuckle and hints of pineapple.Lightly tart on the palate with soft tingles of acid. Easy finish. I enjoyed this little guy in wine country, it was served ice cold on a warm afternoon. So good.

Winemaker Notes: “Our 2012 Sauvignon Blanc opens with clean, minerally aromas of lime zest, gooseberry and honeysuckle. The texture is crisp and lively, with flavors of grapefruit, pineapple, nectarine and white peach. Juicy, quenching acidity lingers on a high-toned finish. Recommended pairings include fresh sushi, lobster risotto, steamed clams, grilled citrus cod and salad with tropical fruit.” • 448 Cases
