Elevation Ten 2012 Zinfandel
A lovely floral nose. Has a hint of white pepper and spice but they are restrained . Once on the palate, the flowers blow out the window. Gives way to a dense, chewy start. The tannins get big in a hurry. No shrinking violet here. The finish gets even and the acids retreat like the afternoon tide. Great irony in a glass. The story is full of delicate flower and big, bold wow. I love when the adventure is full of diversity.
