Harney Lane 2010 Tempranillo
Jumbles and jumbles of berries with an underlying current of cedar. The nose is friendly and definitely doesn’t prepare you. Boom! This rascal is big from the minute it hits your tongue. Your tongue get’s pinned. Taken hostage. Tied down against your will with velvet ropes. Like getting beat wrestling by a huge, fluffy comforter. The tannins are smooth and silky. Just before it slays you, it melts into the world of mellow. You will miss the embrace. Not a bad ride. Not bad at all.
