“When putting together your list of stops in Willamette, this is one of those core stops you need to make. Especially if you are a Chardonnay person. The Left Coast has made Chardonnay a bit of a characterization of itself and having folks like the Drouhin’s around can help keep it real. If you love Chardonnay and you want to learn about what White Burgundy is all about, then this is your stop. It will rewrite your palate and you will quickly realize what juice in the marketplace is a hyperbolized, almost a cartoon character, what juice is the anti-hero and who is really paying homage. The patio has an amazing view and the wines are stunning. Can’t recommend this tasting adventure enough.”
