Fields Family

"Our goal is to craft wines that showcase the vineyards from where they come and employ a minimalistic approach to winemaking. Grape growing and winemaking should go hand in hand – as winegrowers we seek to enhance this relationship."

“I was intrigued about the working concept of Fields Family. They are one of the early adopters of minimal intervention wine but they are from the “self-taught” camp. While they make 5 estate varietals, they also source a few others including some Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa which is quite delicious. Don’t expect to visit and see a whole host of folks working. This is a small shop and they keep a tight night group. Makes a good place to make friends you’ll likely see when you return!”
