Lucas & Lewellen 2011 Malbec
A beautiful inky color on this Malbec. Looks and smells jammy. Fully of dark berries. The oak is noticeable and rewarding. You’ll be tempted by the acid structure in your nose. They will greet the tip of your tongue excitedly. After they ping your tongue, they will quickly retreat and fade. The fade almost presents a stage for the finish. The smart tannins are lovely and give you just what you need. Nicely done.
