Oak Farm 2011 Zinfandel
Plum, dark cherry and hints of wood and maybe a sprinkle of tobacco. Bold on the palate with a big acid bump as soon as it hits your palate. Tannins are not too big but fun and definitely looking to put on a show. The finish was long and slow with a dab of spice just as it was about to exit. Nothing too complex but well done. Good value.

Winemaker Notes: “Aromas of cherry jam, sandalwood and tobacco spice. Rich flavors of ripe raspberries, vanilla, hints of bacon, caramel, balanced toasty oak & white pepper ending with an elegant lingering velvet finish.”
