100% Cab! That is not something you see all that often. Wonderful brown sugar and yeast notes warm the nose. Soft tannin structure makes this darling great for sipping on the patio. This is a beauty from a young winemaker that was well done.

Winemaker Notes: “Aged 3 years in American Oak, this wine is full-bodied, with sweet fruit and a creamy texture. Cherry jam on the front with a hint of smoke and vanilla notes finishing this wine. This wine pairs well with a variety of cheeses and chocolates, as well as delicate choices of lamb or beef.”
