Elevation Ten 2012 Petit Verdot
There are some great sweet cherries in there. A lovely nose. Offers a big sweet fruit start. A delight for the tip of the tongue. Full of lively floral notes. A typical trait of PV but I never seem to grow tired of it. Offers some silky and dry tannins. The rear palate gets a bit dark and tart like a storm looming on the horizon. Insert dramatic music here. The finish is long and enduring. Almost for fun, a late acid bump makes you realize that it was all a part of the show. Nice structure.
