Banshee 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon

Drinking this wine is like getting kicked on accident. Too young to be anything but bold so she’s a bit obnoxious.  Definitely needs to sleep.  In fact, it’s immaturity makes it hard to determine the true personality of the juice.  I see some good legs but they’re not ready to dance yet.

Black cherry and pepper notes are wild and barely on the chain.  You can look forward to a rock star tannin structure.  I big dish may calm it down a bit.  If you buy, plan to lay it down for a few years.  The Look for this bottle to be a absolute lover in 2018.
