Bray Vineyards 2012 Verdelho
Big melon notes and hints of honeysuckle. Really gentle on the tongue until the snappy green apple rears up on the sides of your tongue. It’s playful! Heads up my winos with training wheels, this little guy is fun and right up your alley. The acid structure is fairly easy going making this a good white to sip endlessly. A sour finish that keeps pops up for what seems like an eternity. Peek a boo!

Winemaker Notes: “This white wine is fresh and fruity with a bite of citrus. Serve chilled by itself or with seafood, light meats, roasted vegetables and Asian dishes. It makes a nice alternative to Chardonnay.“
